As a service provider, as set forth in § 7 section 1 Telemedia Act we are responsible for the contents of this website according to general legislation. Pursuant to §§ 8 to 10 Telemedia Act however, we as service providers are not obliged to monitor information from third parties transmitted or saved here nor to investigate whether such indicate unlawful activity. Obligations to remove or block the use of information in accordance with general legislation remain unaffected. Any liability in this respect however, is then only possible from the point of time at which a specific violation of law is recognized. In the case that a respective violation of law becomes known, the contents will be removed from the website immediately.
