OUR CANCELLATION CONDITIONS

Up to 15 days before arrival room cancellation is free of charge. After this we reserve the right to charge cancellation costs:
– within 14 days prior to arrival 90 % of the total costs of stay
– in the case of non-arrival, delayed arrival and premature departure 100% of the total costs of stay
